Through these few pages we hope that we are able to convey some of the hopes and passion that have held us all together to bring this whole life style integrated project to the stage we are at today.

We are now embarking on the most intriguing part of the project, what do real people with real money and the ability to chose how to spend their money actually think of what we are presenting as a concept of an holistic integrated way to live.

It is always sounds glib when we say it is a unique site / development that we have to offer. Of course its unique, no one else can have the same use on the same piece of the ground.  However, we really do believe with a passion that what we have to offer is special and hope there are a few people who would love to embrace the opportunity finish their homes, chose the fittings, ask for details to be changed and not feel they were being a pest or difficult. So often today we see or hear of how there is this take it or leave it attitude. Possibly less today due to the market forces but we have set out to create an environment that you as a purchaser can think through what you want, talk through with the architects Philip Proctor and Geoff Cole who put the project together working out how you want your home to be.

PERCY F SHELLEY BOUGHT BOSCOMBE COTTAGE TO MAKE IT INTO A TUSCAN VILLA, APPRECIATING THE MILD CLIMATE AND ENVIRONMENT FOR HIS MOTHER MARY SHELLEY THEN 51 YEARS OF AGE.
